1. Please click this link and login using your student number
2. After clicking on the link, you would see the below login page. Please login using your student number and password, this would be the same password as your UDO one.
3. Please follow the instructions on the screen and sign in using Multi Factor Authentication. If you have not setup MFA then please see documentation on setup as MFA is required before accessing this service. 4. Once logged in you would see a list of iMacs that are available for you to use
Please Note: Before connecting to a machine, you would need to download the NoMachine Client on your device. This is important step as without this a connection would not be possible.

Alternatively, you can also click on the Download NoMachine Client link which would be available on the right hand side in the Message Board after login
5. Once installation of NoMachine Client on your device is completed, please select the machine you wish to connect to
6. After selecting the connect option a LeoStream.nxs file would be downloaded to your downloads folder. Please click on this file which would then open with NoMachine application
7. After selecting Yes you can then continue to the next page which is where you would be presented with further options such as Display
8. Once you see this screen please login again using your Student number and password. You may see a white blank screen for a few seconds until this login screen appears
9. You may also see a black screen like this once logged in, this is normal and desktop should appear after a few seconds. Please ensure you click OK when seeing the below prompt, you may not see this prompt if you had already logged into the same machine before
10. You can now use the machine and software available
11. If you would like to make changes to display or audio settings please hover your mouse on the top right-hand corner of the screen until you see the following
12. Click on the corner and you should see options as below
For correct display settings I would advise you to use the “Fit to Window” option which would allow you to size the window correctly or you could select the Full Screen option
13. If your audio is not working correctly, please ensure that your device is select in the audio options then change settings and select from drop down menu the correct audio device
14. Once you are ready to close the remote session please ensure you logout of the remote session correctly. This can simply done by logging out of the iMac you are using as below screenshot
15. After logging out correctly you will see the screen below, once you see this you can then close the NoMachine application
