If you can't see the Module Menu Panel when you are logged into a module in Course Resources it may be hidden.
To unhide it:
Click on the blue column on the left hand side of the screen (as shown below)
You can then click on the arrow to Show Module Menu ( as shown below)
The Menu will then appear on the left hand side of the screen (the Menu options that you will see will depend on how the tutor has set up the module)
