Prior to the Meeting
Firstly, access Outlook or web-mail and go to your calendar
Create a new event or new meeting

Inside the meeting fill in the details of the event including the participants you wish to call
Where it asks for room or location, select the option to Add online meeting

Select Teams meeting from the selection

Finish and double check your details
Press send to confirm your meeting and send the invite and reminders to the recipients

You will now see this event/meeting in your calendar as a normal calendar entry

On the day of the meeting
Before the start of the event open Microsoft Teams
Go to the calendar option in the menu down the left-hand side

Find and select the meeting you have created

At the top right hand-side of the screen there will be the Join option, click this

Choose which devices you wish to be active and when ready press Join Now to join the meeting

To Remove a meeting
Find the meeting in your Outlook or Teams calendar

Either click into the meeting or hover over
Press the option to cancel

Enter a cancellation reason and press send

The meeting is now cancelled
